Chris’ life has always revolved around mechanics in many realms. Chris has spent his life as a builder; he has worked with cars, commercial structures and everything in between. Naturally, his drive to improve his own structure led him to a career in physical training.
Chris has spent time with multiple organizations as a personal and group trainer. He helps his clients improve strength, mobility, health and resistance to injury by cultivating a training atmosphere that is supportive and professional. He provides his clients with expert instruction to ensure that all F.I.T. members can safely achieve their goals.
