What can I expect at each session?

After an initial personalization session (to understand resourcefulness, identify resistance areas, clarify goals and decipher limiting beliefs of what’s really getting in the way) clients can expect the following:

  • Arrival and settling in with orienting, centering, grounding and resourcing.

  • Short check-in to clarify how one is arriving.

  • New skill(s) introduction and mini neuroeducation

  • Skill development, a pathway to mastery, and real-time application to life.

  • Assignment to apply practices and stay curious.

  • Recap with video or audio practices.

  • Check-in between sessions via a secure online portal.
